Pixoobi provides AI-powered photo enhancement services for real estate professionals. We enhance property photos by improving lighting, removing clutter, and adding your branding logo.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Pixoobi
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• Pixoobi is intended for real estate and property photography only
• You may not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content you don't own
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our services

You retain full ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant Pixoobi a limited license to process and enhance them. Enhanced photos are yours to use without restriction. The Pixoobi brand, interface, and AI models remain our intellectual property.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings — access continues until the period ends
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@pixoobi.com

AI photo enhancement is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results. Pixoobi is not liable for business decisions made based on enhanced photos. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
