Pixoobi is operated by Ordinary AI Works s.r.o., IČO: 21045950, Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR and applicable Czech and EU law.

• Email address — for account registration and communication
• Full name — for your profile and branding
• Photos you upload — for AI enhancement processing
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, processing statistics
• Payment information — processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)

• Photo processing — enhancing, decluttering, and adding your logo via AI
• Billing — managing your subscription and payment history
• Communication — sending transactional emails (welcome, processing complete, billing)
• Service improvement — understanding usage patterns to improve the product

• Supabase — authentication and database (EU region)
• Cloudflare R2 — photo storage (EU region)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• AI providers (Anthropic, WaveSpeed) — photo enhancement processing (photos are not stored by these providers)

Your photos are stored until you delete them or your account. Account data is retained until you request deletion. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — view all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — delete your account and all associated data
• Right to data portability — download a copy of your data
• Right to withdraw consent — opt out of optional data processing at any time
